Timing varies by retailer. Most U.S. partner orders arrive within about a week once shipped. In Mountain Home you can also pick up at Urban Chic during boutique hours.

Returns follow the store where you purchased. For Urban Chic Boutique orders, email hello@hillbillyhaute.com within 30 days — items should be unworn and in original condition. Marketplace purchases use that seller’s return process.

For boutique purchases, contact us within 30 days and we’ll help arrange an exchange when stock allows. Partner orders follow that retailer’s exchange policy.

Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not machine wash or tumble dry. Store on a flat surface or hat rack. Condition the leather crest occasionally with leather balm.
